Shipping policy
Once you place your Cook'n'Chic order, please allow our shipping team 1 - 3 business days to get your order processed, perfectly packed, and into the hands of the shipping carrier. Once processed, ground shipping averages 2 - 5 business days.
If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer service team at support@cooknchic.com and including “Shipping” in the subject line of your email so we can make sure that your package successfully arrives.
Domestic U.S. Shipping
Flat rate shipping is $5.95 on all products.
Free U.S. shipping on orders over $50.
International Orders
We are currently not shipping internationally.

Upon shipment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking link.

Returns
Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If for any reason you are not satisfied with a Cook'n'Chic product, return it for a refund. Please contact the Cook'n'Chic customer service department at support@cooknchic.com and including “Return” in the subject line of your email and we will be happy to assist you.
We accept returns on any of our products in like-new condition within 30 days from the purchase date. Products must have tags and be returned in the original product packaging. All returns are subject to a flat service fee of $5.95 that will be subtracted from your refund. Merchandise that has been heavily worn, dirtied, washed, or altered will not be accepted.
Sales Tax
Cook'n'Chic collects and remits sales tax in all states which have sales tax. Sales tax is based on the location of the shipping address.
