Recipe: Decadent Triple Chocolate Fudge Brownies
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 and 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Your Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Use your premium oven mitts to handle hot surfaces.
2. Melt the Chocolate:
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the dark, milk, and white chocolate chips together using a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly.
3. Cream Butter and Sugar:
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
4. Add Eggs and Vanilla:
- Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
5. Incorporate Dry Ingredients:
- Sift in the flour and salt into the wet ingredients. Gently fold until just combined.
6. Fold in Melted Chocolate:
- Pour the melted chocolate into the batter and fold until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.
7. Add Nuts (Optional):
- If desired, fold in premium chopped nuts for an extra crunch and flavor.
8. Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared silicone bakeware. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
9. Cooling and Slicing:
- Allow the brownies to cool completely in the silicone bakeware. Once cooled, use your premium oven mitts to carefully invert the bakeware and release the brownies. Slice into squares.
